We have been looking for an opportunity to collaborate with our friends at Alesong Brewing & Blending in Eugene, OR. When the stars aligned, we settled on a big barrel aged imperial ale. This beer grew up during the pandemic as it aged for 18-months in brandy & bourbon barrels. Turns out good things can come from 2020!
